SUBMISSION OF HARD COPIES OF SENATE/ACADEMIC BOARD APPROVED UPLOADED RESULTS FOR 2024 BATCH ‘B STREAM II

This is to inform you that submission of hard copies of 2024 Batch ‘B’ Stream II will take place between Monday 15th to Wednesday, 17th July, 2024 of the NYSC NDHQ Abuja

Therefore, all SAOs are please enjoined to be meticulous in the collation and upload of their data to avoid rejection of their institutions’ submission

You are specifically advised to input your correct Date of Graduation (Day/Month/Year) as it appears on the statement of result.

PLEASE NOTE: Submission of hard copies at the NYSC NDHQ, Abuja in person is mandatory for all SA0s’ as failure to do so will deprive your graduate from registering online when the portal is opened.

Furthermore you are to ensure that each page of the forwarded hard copies is stamped and signed by the Register and the document duly indemnified, thank you.

NYSC UPDATE

• The official Date for Online Registration concerning 2024 Batch ‘B’ Stream II commences Thursday 18th July, 2024
• HND graduates are to ensure that they stay one year from ND before they applied for HND
• NYSC get your date of birth from JAMB
• The Date of Graduation on the Result must be same on the internal mobilization
• NYSC doesn’t accept any Court Affidavits
• If you have been mobilized but don’ want to go, you can leave it till the year you’re ready
• If you have name related issues, don’t register go and sort it first
• If you didn’t finish your Registration during B1, you are to continue from where you stopped and submit

Date of Graduation

This is the Date the Senate of your School Approved your result not the Date you wrote your last exam or did project defense

NAME SPELLING, ABBREVIATION AND ARRANGEMENT

For SPELLING, all name spelling must tally on all of your documents, especially on your JAMB PROFILE NAME, STATEMENT FO RESULT & CALL UP LETTER AND GREEN CARD.

If you have any name spelling errors, rectify them in your school now so that every of your documents will have same name. NYSC does not accept name disparity on those crucial documents

For ABBREVIATION, Name abbreviation are not acceptable if they appear on your JAMB PROFILE NAME, STATEMENT OF RESULT & CALL UP LETTER AND GREEN CARD

If you have any name ABBREVIATION, rectify them in your school now so that every of your documents will have full name spelling. NYSC does not accept name abbreviation.

For NAME ARRANGEMENT, name arrangement is not an issue in NYSC camp, even if they appear on your JAMB PROFILE NAME, STATEMENT OF RESULT & CALL UP LETTER AND GREEN CARD

Therefore, the name arrangement can differ and it won’t be an issue so far the names are correctly spelt and there are not abbreviation in such documents. Note name on JAMB Admission Letter must correspond to that of NIN, if there is any disparity you should visit NIMC office and effect correction, befor attempting to register on the portal

Important Notice

Pregnant and Nursing mothers are allowed to register and go back home irrespective if they are married or not. This means that pregnant women and nursing mothers are not allowed to take paart in the stressful camp activities.

Let’s talk on NAME & BVN issue;

Your BVN is only used for Account Opening in Camp

If you are using 3 names in Result but 2 in BVN, No problem,inasmuch as the 2 names in your BVN is also in your Result

If you are using 3 names in BVN and 2 in Result , no problem in as much as 2 of the names on BVN is same with what is on your Result

It is a Tier 1 account that is opened in camp (You cannot Save more than 300k and cannot send or receive 60k at once, though you can upgrade it after Camp

What you use in opening Bank Account in camp are: passports, BVN, Call up letter, certificate format.

The Account number may be sent to you via email,SMS or pasted on the wall in Camp

Opening of Account is By force and Compulsory

They Randomly share Bank Account opening form,you don’t choose.

DOES NYSC USES JAMB DATE OF BIRTH

During your registration online, your JAMB date of birth will be used as your official date of birth

CAN SOMEONE ABOVE 30 YEARS SERVE

If your JAMB date of birth indicates that you are above 30 years when you graduated, you will be automatically exempted from service.
