Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled male cook to join our team.
- The cook will be responsible for preparing delicious and nutritious meals according to our menu specifications with a specialization in mediterranean cuisine.
- The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking, a strong understanding of various culinary techniques, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook mediterranean dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and workstations.
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cook, specializing in Mediterranean cuisine
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).
- Understanding of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
