Role and Responsibilities
As a French Early Years Teacher, your role will encompass several key duties aimed at supporting children’s daily routines and enhancing their development. These responsibilities include:
- Daily Routine Assistance: Assisting with all aspects of the children’s daily routines, ensuring smooth and effective transitions throughout the day.
- Activity Supervision: Supervising children during their daily activities, providing guidance and ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Preparation and Organization: Helping to organize and prepare activities and necessary materials for the children, fostering a dynamic learning environment.
- Settling New Children: Assisting with the settling-in process for new children by following the nursery’s Settling-in Policy, ensuring a comfortable transition for them.
- Personal Care Support: Supporting children in their personal care routines, such as hygiene, meals and other day-to-day activities.
- Supporting the Key Person: Assisting the designated Key Person with tasks and duties throughout the day, ensuring children’s needs are met.
