Direct entry registration has come to an end already. The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has set the Direct Entry registration closing date for the 2024/2025 academic session as June 17. Designed for diploma, NCE, or equivalent holders, the Direct Entry program allows candidates to bypass the UTME and gain admission into a Nigerian university’s second year. Candidates must follow the application process to ensure a smooth registration and stay updated on the latest information from JAMB and their chosen institution.

No, Jamb has not open her portal for direct entry upload yet, once it’s available we will keep you updated, just ensure to check on this site time on time. Jamb O’level and A’level result for this year is delayed due to some unknown reasons undisclosed from the public

However, we want to warn that the Board will not process any applications from any awarding institutions that have refused to cooperate with us in verifying A-level certificates that some candidates have presented for the 2024 admission cycle.
The statement is as follows: “Candidates who have already received their results must have uploaded their A-level credentials, O-level results, and DE registration template at the point of registration as no DE candidates would be processed for admission until such claimed results are uploaded and verified by the awarding institutions on the Board’s Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) mail platform.
“All foreign candidates who are interested in pursuing higher education in Nigeria via the direct entry route are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity. All candidates will be treated fairly and equally, regardless of their status. However, we want to clarify that we will not process any applications from awarding institutions that have refused to cooperate with us in verifying the A-level certificates that some candidates have presented for the 2024 admission cycle. Kindly note: Direct entry students, who was admitted or registered in his/her previous institution as part-time student must have applied for JAMB regularization before processing for direct entry admission in any registered institution.
